How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A cardigan knitted in merino wool, with a plain round neck and a single-breasted front that fastens from the neck down. The sleeve is set in and runs straight through the arm. It ends at the hip, with ribbing at the neck, the cuffs and the bottom edge.

Knitted in merino wool, fine enough to sit under a jacket.

The two front edges meet in a straight line and fasten from the neck down.
â Round neckline:
A plain round neck finished with a narrow ribbed band.
â Ribbed cuffs and hem:
Ribbed bands close both sleeves and the bottom edge.
