How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A coat in a plush teddy pile worked in a large buffalo check that runs across the body and continues down the sleeves. It is cut a little loose through the shoulder and falls to around the knee.

A dense looped surface across the whole coat, soft under the hand.

Big squares run down the front and carry on across the back and the sleeves.
