How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A hooded puffer coat with a padded shell quilted into broad chevron panels, cut long enough to cover the hip and the top of the thigh. A drawstring runs through the hood, and a knit rib sits inside each sleeve end.
â Chevron quilting:
Wide angled channels hold the padding in place across the body and the sleeves.
â Drawstring hood:
A cord runs through the hood so it can be drawn in around the face.
â Ribbed inner cuffs:
A knit band sits inside each sleeve end and keeps the draught out at the wrist.
â Glossy shell:
The outer fabric carries a wet-look sheen that picks up the light.
