How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A full-length trench coat that closes double-breasted across the chest, with a wide notch collar folding back from the neck. A tie belt marks the waist and the skirt opens out below it. The hem carries down towards the ankle.

Two rows of buttons, with the front crossing over itself at the chest.
â Wide notch collar:
A broad collar that folds back from the neck and notches at the front edge.
â Tie waist belt:
A belt tied at the waist rather than buckled.
â Full-length skirt:
The body opens out below the waist and carries down towards the ankle.
With a fitted knit dress and an ankle boot.
The belt can be tied at the waist or left loose so the coat hangs straight.
