How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A knee-high boot with a full-length inner zip, a squared block heel and a chunky lug outsole. The zip runs the whole shaft, so getting in takes a second rather than a struggle.
â Full-length inner zip:
Opens the shaft end to end, which is what lets a close-fitting boot go on without wrestling it over the heel.
â Squared block heel:
A wide, flat-faced heel that plants solidly and takes a full day of walking.
â Lug outsole:
A deep cleated tread with grip on wet stone and a little extra height built in.
â Straight knee-high shaft:
Holds its shape upright rather than folding at the ankle, so the boot keeps a clean line under a skirt.
