How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Drawcords at the hood and at the hem, so the jacket closes down against the wind.
A light hooded jacket that zips the whole front. One cord runs through the hood and a second through the hem, both ending in toggles. Two patch pockets sit at the hip under a flap of fabric, and the cuffs are gathered on elastic. The body falls straight to just below the hip.
â Drawcord hood:
A cord through the hood edge with toggles at the throat, to pull it in close.
â Drawcord hem:
A second cord at the bottom, so the hem can be left loose or drawn in at the hip.
â Two patch pockets:
Set at the hip under a horizontal flap, deep enough for keys and a phone.
â Elastic cuffs:
Gathered at the wrist so the sleeve sits close and the air stays out.
Over a tee on a cool morning, or folded into a bag for the walk home.
A light shell with a smooth face, gathered on elastic at the wrist.
A regular fit through the body, falling just below the hip.
