How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A tailored coat with a hood, which is rarer than it should be.
A wool-look coat with a wide notched lapel, a plaid-lined hood and a self-tie belt, cut with a flared skirt below the waist. It takes the shape of a classic trench and adds the one thing a trench never has.
â Hood with contrast lining:
A generous hood lined in check, so the coat handles weather without giving up the tailored front.
â Wide notched lapel:
A broad revere that sits flat and frames a scarf, pressed the way a wool coat should be.
â Self-tie belt:
Cinches the waist and releases the skirt below it, which is where the coat gets its shape.
â Flared skirt:
Falls into an A-line below the belt, so it moves when you walk instead of hanging straight.
Belted over a knit dress and knee boots, or open over jeans and a roll neck.
Dry clean, or hand wash cool and hang to dry. Press on low with a cloth.
