How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A puffer with a waist, which most puffers do not have.
A thigh-length quilted jacket shaped through the waist with vertical seaming, finished with a deep faux-fur trimmed hood. The shaping is why it does not read as a sleeping bag with sleeves.
â Waist-shaped seaming:
Vertical panel seams pull the jacket in at the waist and release again over the hip, giving a puffer an actual silhouette.
â Faux-fur trimmed hood:
A dense fur trim framing the hood opening, which is what keeps wind off the face rather than just decorating the collar.
â Thigh length:
Finishes mid-thigh so it covers the seat without restricting a long stride.
â Zip hand pockets:
Two zipped pockets set into the side seams, deep enough for a phone and gloves and secure enough to run for a train with.
Over jeans and boots, or over a work dress with opaque tights.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle. Remove the fur trim first if it detaches.
Fitted through the waist with room to layer a fine knit.
