How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A wide cuff turned back, and the shaft crumples under it.
A knee-high boot with a broad band turned back at the top of the shaft, sitting smooth while the leather below it ruches into folds down the leg. The toe is rounded, the heel is low and squared, and there is no zip: the shaft is wide enough to step into.
