How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Ankle-length warmth that still has a waist.
A long quilted coat shaped through the body, with horizontal channel quilting and a high hood trimmed in dense faux fur. It runs almost to the ankle, which is the length that actually beats a cold platform.
â Shaped through the waist:
Panel seams pull the coat in at the waist and release over the hip, so the length does not turn into a tube.
â Full-length coverage:
Falls close to the ankle, covering the calf where a knee-length coat gives up.
â Fur-trimmed hood:
A high collar and a hood edged in dense faux fur, sealing the gap between coat and scarf.
â Channel quilting:
Even horizontal channels that keep the fill distributed rather than letting it settle at the hem.
Over jeans and tall boots, or over a work dress with opaque tights.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to redistribute the fill.
