How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A pull-on ankle boot with a napped upper and a wide collar of faux fur turned down around the opening. A grosgrain ribbon is tied through a loop at the back of the heel. It sits on a thick platform sole with a cut tread, and the shaft stops just above the ankle.

A deep band of faux fur turned down around the whole opening.

A grosgrain bow tied through a loop at the back of the shaft.
â Platform lug sole:
A thick slab sole with a cut tread that lifts the whole foot, not just the heel.

A matte brushed surface, seamed around the collar and along the back.
