How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A padded ankle boot lined with faux fur and finished with a soft fur cuff at the shaft opening, on a thick non-slip outsole. Made for cold and ice rather than for looking outdoorsy.
â Faux fur lining and cuff:
Pile through the whole boot with a soft roll of fur at the opening, which seals the gap a plain shaft leaves at the ankle.
â Padded quilted shaft:
A quilted upper with a layer of padding, so the cold does not come straight through the outer fabric.
â Thick non-slip outsole:
A deep-tread outsole with a raised platform that keeps the foot away from cold, wet ground.
â Pull-on shaft:
No laces to freeze up. Step in and go.
With jeans or leggings tucked in, or under a long padded coat.
Wipe clean and let them dry naturally, away from radiators.
Regular width, cut generously to allow for the lining and a thick sock.
