How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Openwork runs right around the neckline, above a plain knit body.
A round-neck sweater built in contrast panels that meet in a shallow V across the chest and again across the back. An openwork band sits between the neckline and the body. Long sleeves run into ribbed cuffs, and the body ends in a ribbed hem at the hip.
â Openwork band:
A row of open stitches circles the neckline and points down the center.
â Panelled blocks:
The blocks meet in a shallow V on the front and repeat on the back.
â Ribbed cuffs and hem:
Ribbing closes both sleeves and the hem so the edges hold their line.
â Dropped shoulder:
The shoulder seam sits out on the arm for a loose line through the sleeve.
With straight-leg jeans and flat boots.
Fold it for storage rather than hanging it.
Loose through the body, ending at the hip.
