How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A short wool coat that closes double-breasted, with a collarless neckline standing up at the back of the neck. The shoulder seam drops well past the natural line and the sleeves are cut full. A contrast binding finishes the cuffs and the hem.

The neckline finishes clean at the edge, with no collar set on.
â Double-breasted front:
Two rows of buttons, with the front crossing over itself at the chest.
â Bound edges:
A contrast binding runs around the cuffs and along the hem.
â Dropped shoulder:
The seam sits well below the natural shoulder, so the sleeve hangs full.
With wide pants and a flat shoe.
The binding shows at the cuff and the hem, where it turns back against the wool.
