How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A cardigan in a soft brushed knit with a shawl collar that rolls open down the front. Two short tabs sit at the waist, each fastened with a button, and the body ends in a wide ribbed panel at the hem. The sleeves are long with ribbed cuffs.

A wide rolled collar that runs down both front edges.
â Buttoned waist tabs:
Two short tabs, each closed with a single button, mark the waist without a full belt.
â Ribbed hem panel:
A deep ribbed band across the bottom that keeps the hem sitting flat.
â Brushed knit blend:
A polyester and polyamide knit with a small share of elastane, brushed for a soft surface.
