How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A wrap coat with a wide shawl collar that folds back from the neck and carries down both front edges. A tie belt draws it closed at the waist, and the front hangs open when the belt is loose. The hem finishes below the knee.

A collar cut in one piece that folds back and continues down both front edges.
â Tie belt:
A belt that fastens at the waist and lifts out of the loops when it is not wanted.
â Open front:
The two front edges meet only where the belt holds them together.
â Below-knee hem:
The body carries past the knee, down towards the mid-calf.

The collar carries the whole way down the front edges, so it shows whether the coat is tied or open.
