How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

One embroidered tree on a plain turtleneck, and nothing else.
A soft turtleneck sweater with a single Christmas tree embroidered at the chest, worked in green thread with small colored stitches for the lights. Everything else is left plain, and it runs through to a US 5XL.
â Embroidered, not printed:
The tree is stitched into the knit, so it has raised texture and will not crack, peel or fade in the wash.
â One motif, plain ground:
A single small tree on an otherwise unbroken sweater, which is why it reads as a knit with a detail rather than as a holiday sweater.
â Folded turtleneck:
A tall soft collar that can be worn up or turned down, without a rib so tight it marks the neck.
â Extended size range:
Cut in eight sizes from S through 5XL, with the proportions graded rather than just scaled up.
With straight jeans and loafers, or under a long wool coat.
Machine wash cool on a wool cycle and dry flat away from heat.
Regular fit with a soft drape.
