How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A single-tone crew-neck sweater cut long through the body with a deep dropped shoulder. Solid all the way through, including the ribbing, so nothing interrupts the line.
â Single-tone construction:
Body, sleeves and ribbing all knitted in one color, which is why it works as a base layer under anything patterned.
â Longline body:
Falls past the hip so it covers over leggings and still tucks cleanly into a high waistband.
â Deep dropped shoulder:
A low armhole seam that gives the sleeve room and keeps the shoulder line soft.
â Full size run:
S through 5XL, graded in body length as well as width so the longline proportion holds at every size.
With straight jeans and a shirt collar showing at the neck, or over leggings with tall boots.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat.
