How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A crew-neck sweater with a dense Fair Isle yoke worked across the shoulders in several contrasting tones, over a plain body. Concentrating the pattern at the top is what makes it read as a statement rather than a costume.
â Contrast band yoke:
Several bands knitted through the shoulders in alternating warm and cool tones, finishing in a clean line across the chest.
â Plain body below the yoke:
Solid knit from the chest down, so the sweater still goes under a blazer or a coat without competing.
â Soft mid-weight yarn:
Warm enough to wear alone indoors and fine enough to layer under outerwear.
â Full size run:
XS through 5XL, the widest grade in the range, with the yoke re-spaced per size so the bands stay level.
With straight jeans and boots, or under a plain wool coat.
