How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A waterproof hooded shell with a chest zip pocket, two zipped hand pockets and a drawcord hem, in contrast-zip finishes. Built for the walk you would otherwise put off.
â Waterproof and windproof:
A coated shell that keeps rain out and stops wind cutting through the seams.
â Zipped chest pocket:
One at the chest above the hand pockets, for what you do not want to lose.
â Drawcord hem:
Pulls in at the bottom so wind cannot lift it.
â Contrast zips:
The zip tape picks up a second shade against the shell.
Over a fleece on a cold day, or on its own in spring rain.
Machine wash cool and hang to dry. Do not iron the coating.
