How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A soft knit cardigan with snowflakes scattered across the body and sleeves, closed with a row of buttons down a deep V-neck. The pattern is small and spaced out, which is what keeps it wearable through January rather than only on the day itself.
â Scattered snowflake pattern:
Small motifs spread across the whole piece instead of one large graphic on the chest, so it still reads as a knit rather than as a novelty layer.
â Button-through V-neck:
A deep V that leaves room for a tee or a slip underneath, with buttons all the way down so you can wear it open or closed.
â Drop shoulder and full sleeve:
The shoulder seam sits below the joint and the sleeve is cut generously, which is what gives it the relaxed line in the photographs.
â Cotton blend with a little give:
Enough stretch to move in and enough weight to hold its shape after a day of wear.
Over a white tee with straight jeans, or closed over a slip dress with boots.
