How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The cardigan you steal from someone taller.
An oversized cable-knit cardigan with a soft rolled shawl collar, a button front and full balloon sleeves gathered into a ribbed cuff. Cut deliberately large through the shoulder and body.
â Chunky cable panels:
Raised cables running the length of the body and sleeves, which is where the weight and the warmth both come from.
â Rolled shawl collar:
A soft collar that rolls rather than folds flat, framing the neck when the cardigan is worn open.
â Balloon sleeves:
Full through the upper arm and gathered into a narrow ribbed cuff, so the volume sits where it flatters and stops at the wrist.
â Oversized body:
Wide through the shoulder and long enough to cover the hip, cut to be worn over a shirt or a thermal.
Open over a white tee and straight jeans, or buttoned as a top with tailored trousers.
Hand wash cool and dry flat. Reshape the collar while damp.
