How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Studs around the top, wool all the way in.
A lace-up boot with a wool lining and a row of studs set around the collar, on a block heel and a lug sole. The shaft comes above the ankle, higher than a bootie and short of mid-calf.
â Studs around the collar:
A row of metal studs set into the top edge, all the way round.
â Wool lining:
A dense pile through the foot and shaft, warmer than a fleece lining.
â Laced with a side zip:
Laced the full height, with a zip on the inside for getting in.
â Three colorways:
Black, brown and gray.
With skinny jeans tucked in, or with thick tights.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let dry away from heat.
Regular, with room for a wool sock.
