How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A polished knee-high boot built on a supportive footbed, with a ribbed elastic panel down the back of the shaft and a low block heel. The support is engineered into the sole rather than added as an insole afterwards, which is what makes these wearable from a morning commute through to dinner.
â Orthopedic footbed:
A contoured, cushioned footbed that supports the arch through a full day on your feet, so long walks do not end with aching soles.
â Elastic back panel:
A ribbed stretch panel runs the length of the shaft and gives across a range of calf widths, so the boot pulls on easily and still sits close to the leg.
â Gold-tone hardware:
Small stud and ring details at the ankle and calf lift the boot out of plain-riding-boot territory without shouting.
â Low block heel:
Broad and stable enough to walk on cobbles and stairs, with just enough lift to keep the silhouette long.
With slim jeans and a chunky knit for weekend errands, or with a midi skirt and opaque tights for the office.
Wipe clean with a soft damp cloth and condition occasionally with a leather cream to keep the upper supple.
