How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Laces all the way up, so the fit is yours to set.
A knee-high boot that laces the full length of the front and again up the back of the calf, on a low block heel. Two sets of lacing means you set the fit at the ankle and at the calf independently.
â Full-length front lacing:
Runs from toe box to the top of the shaft, so you can open it right up to get in and then close it to your own leg.
â Rear calf lacing:
A second set of laces up the back adjusts the shaft width without touching the front, which is what makes it fit a slim or a fuller calf.
â Low block heel:
A broad, stable heel that keeps the boot walkable despite the height of the shaft.
â Side zip:
A concealed zip on the inner side so you do not have to unpick the lacing every time you take them off.
Over skinny jeans with an oversized knit, or with opaque tights and a shorter skirt.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. Loosen the laces before pulling the boot off to protect the eyelets.
