We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A waterproof mid-calf winter boot with a full fur lining and a side zip, on a deep-grooved sole. Padded enough for real cold and plain enough to wear into town.
â Waterproof nylon shell:
Water beads on the surface and rolls off rather than soaking in.
â Fur lined from toe to ankle:
The lining reaches the toe box, which is where the cold gets in.
â Full-length side zip:
Opens the whole shaft, so there is no struggle with a thick sock.
â Deep-grooved sole:
Wide tread channels for snow and slush rather than a shallow pattern.
With leggings tucked in, or jeans over the top.
Wipe clean and dry at room temperature.
Regular, cut to take a thermal sock.
