How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The cowboy boot that does the whole outfit for you.
A knee-high western boot in distressed faux suede, with studs running the length of the shaft and across the vamp. The shaft stops just under the knee, so it works tucked into skinny jeans, over straight-leg trousers, or bare with a skirt. Pointed toe, stacked heel, broken in from the very first wear.
â Studded trim:
Metal studs outline the shaft and the vamp, catching the light as you walk without ever tipping into costume.
â Distressed faux suede:
The worn-in finish means these look lived-in from day one, with no awkward break-in phase to get through.
â Knee-high shaft:
The tall cut sits just below the knee and lengthens the leg, whether it goes over the jeans or under a skirt.
â Stacked heel:
Enough height to change your line, low enough to walk properly in.
Tucked into skinny jeans, or bare under a floaty midi skirt with a plain knit.
Brush with a soft brush and wipe clean with a damp cloth. The distressed finish is meant to develop further.
