How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A fine-gauge knit cardigan with a deep V-neck and a row of buttons down the front. Leave it open over a tee and it reads relaxed; button it up and it works as a top on its own. The knit is dense enough to hold its shape through a full day and light enough to wear under a coat without bunching at the sleeves.
â Deep V-neckline:
Lengthens the neck and leaves room for a scarf or a collared shirt underneath without any crowding at the throat.
â Full button front:
Wear it open as a layer or closed as a knit top. Two genuinely different looks from one piece.
â Brushed, fine-gauge knit:
A soft hand that stays close without clinging, and does not pill after a handful of wears.
â Thin under a coat:
No bulk at the sleeve, which is where most cardigans make a coat unwearable.
Buttoned with high-waisted trousers as a top, or open over a tee with straight jeans.
Hand wash or use a delicate cycle at low temperature. Dry flat, away from direct heat.
