How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Real down fill in a slim cut that still fits under a coat.
Filled with white duck down and built in box-baffle chambers, so the fill stays spread evenly instead of sliding down into the hem by January. This is the jacket for the weeks when a coat is too much and a sweater is not enough.

Down traps warm air far better than its weight suggests, which is exactly why the jacket can stay this slim through the body.
â Box-baffle construction:
Stitched chambers hold the fill in place so the warmth stays even across the chest and the back, rather than pooling at the bottom.
â Nylon outer shell:
A tightly woven face that shrugs off wind and a light shower on the walk to the car.
â Thin enough to layer:
Slim through the arm, so it goes under a wool coat as a mid-layer when winter properly arrives.
On its own with jeans in autumn, or under a longline coat when it turns cold.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low with dryer balls to restore the loft.
