How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A longline winter coat with a clean single-breasted button front and no extra hardware to fuss with. It falls past the hip, so it covers a blazer, a knit dress or a chunky sweater without riding up or bunching at the back.

A straight row of buttons keeps the coat shut against the wind, and reads considerably sharper than a zip.
â Longer cut:
The hem sits below the hip for more cover on cold mornings and a leaner overall line.
â No extra hardware:
No belt, no buckles, nothing to lose or catch. The interest is entirely in the cut.
â Covers tailoring properly:
Long and wide enough through the body that a blazer underneath does not show at the hem.
