How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The classic one: reindeer across the yoke, turtleneck on top.
A Fair Isle turtleneck with a band of reindeer and Nordic geometry worked across the shoulders and a deeper shade through the body below. This is the traditional construction, knitted in rather than printed over a plain sweater.
â Yoke pattern band:
The reindeer sit in a band across the shoulders and chest where they are actually seen, with the pattern continuing down the sleeve.
â Folded turtleneck:
A tall ribbed collar that can be worn up or folded, patterned to match the yoke.
â Deeper body below:
The lower half is left in a single deeper shade, which is what balances the busy yoke.
â Knitted-in motif:
Worked into the yarn, so the pattern has texture you can feel and will not peel.
With blue jeans, or under a wool coat with the collar out.
Machine wash cool on a wool cycle and dry flat away from heat.
