How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Nordic snowflakes, and a choice of how the collar finishes.
A winter-weight sweater covered in Nordic snowflake patterning, with soft ribbing at the collar, cuffs and hem. The two options run the same pattern with the two shades exchanged, so one sets the pale motif on a deep ground and the other reverses it.
â Traditional snowflake patterning:
Worked across the body and sleeves in a traditional motif rather than a novelty one, so it carries through the whole winter.
â Winter-weight gauge:
A denser knit with a little stretch, which is what makes it genuinely warm and still forgiving through the body.
â Ribbed collar, cuffs and hem:
Soft ribbing at all three points that holds the shape and seals the warmth in at the wrist.
â Two inverted colorways:
The same snowflake pattern with the shades swapped across the yoke, body and sleeves. Pick whichever way round you want the motif to sit.
With denim, corduroy or a simple skirt, and boots.
Machine wash cool on a wool setting and dry flat away from radiators. Do not tumble dry.
