How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A long teddy coat that reads as outerwear and feels like a blanket.
Over leggings for the school run and over a dress for dinner, and it looks deliberate both times. The plush surface runs the full length of the coat, past the knee, and the hood is built into the body rather than bolted on as an afterthought.

A long, straight silhouette that falls past the knee without clinging anywhere along the way.
â Built-in hood and wide lapels:
The hood is sewn into the body, and the broad lapels open into a soft V when you wear it undone.
â Single-button front:
One button closes it at the middle, which keeps the lapels open and the line long.
â Vertical slip pockets:
Two pockets set low on the front, cut vertically, which is where your hands actually go on a long coat.
Over leggings and boots, or over a knit dress when you want warmth without weight.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Avoid high heat, which flattens the pile.
