How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A loose-cut jacket built for the in-between months, with a drawstring hood and a full button placket down the front. Roomy enough to pull over a knit, short enough to wear with jeans and boots without it getting in the way.
â Drawstring hood:
Pull it tight when the wind picks up, or let it sit flat across the shoulders when it does not.
â Button-front placket:
Buttons all the way up, with two button-close pockets at the hip so keys and a phone stay put.
â Striped inner lining:
A printed stripe on the inside that shows when the cuffs and the hem are turned back. A detail for you rather than for anyone else.
â Loose, easy cut:
Enough room to pull straight over a knit without any fight at the shoulders.
Over jeans and boots, or over a knit dress when the forecast is uncertain.
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry.
