How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Knee socks for the part of winter spent indoors.
A pair of cotton knee-high socks knitted with a Nordic band of reindeer and snowflakes around the calf, finished with a ribbed cuff that stays where you put it. They reach just under the knee on most people.
â Nordic band at the calf:
The motif sits in a band around the widest part of the leg, which is the part that shows above a boot.
â Ribbed cuff that holds:
A deep rib at the top grips without digging in, so they do not slide down over the course of an evening.
â Cotton-rich knit:
Breathable enough to wear all day indoors, unlike the acrylic pairs that come out of a holiday multipack.
â Cushioned sole:
A slightly denser knit underfoot, which is what makes them comfortable on a hard floor without slippers.

Machine wash cool and dry flat. Washing hot will shrink the leg.
One size, made to fit US shoe sizes 5 to 10. The rib stretches to fit most calves.
