How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A sneaker that behaves like a sock with a sole under it.
A lace-up sneaker with a one-piece knitted upper and a thick cushioned midsole. The knit stretches with the foot instead of pressing on it, which is what makes these the pair you reach for on a day of walking.
â One-piece knit upper:
Knitted as a single sleeve with no stitched overlays across the toe, so there are no seams to rub on a long day.
â Breathable construction:
Open knit through the vamp lets air move, which keeps the foot cooler than a leather-look upper.
â Thick cushioned midsole:
A deep foam sole that absorbs pavement impact and adds a little height without reading as a platform.
â Lace-up fit:
Laces over the instep so you can tighten the hold at the top of the foot even though the knit itself gives.
With cropped jeans and no socks showing, or with leggings for a long walk.
Wipe the knit with a damp cloth and let them air dry. Do not machine wash.
Regular width in a stretch knit. Some sizes are offered as a range covering two US sizes.
