How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A rain boot you would wear when it is not raining.
A fully waterproof Chelsea boot on a chunky lug sole, molded in one piece so there are no seams for water to find. It looks like a leather Chelsea boot and behaves like a wellington.
â Seamless waterproof shell:
Molded as a single piece, so there is no stitched seam anywhere for water to work through.
â Deep lug sole:
A cleated tread that grips wet pavement and wet grass, and adds a little height at the same time.
â Twin elastic gussets:
Stretch panels at both sides let you pull the boot on and hold it snug at the ankle.
â Rear pull tab:
A reinforced loop at the heel so you can get them on standing up, which matters when you are already halfway out the door.
With cropped jeans and thick socks, or under a raincoat with leggings.
Rinse off mud with cold water and let them dry naturally, away from radiators.
Regular width, cut with a little room for a thick sock.
