How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A longline hooded parka with a sherpa-lined hood, a snap-front placket over the zip and a drawstring waist, finished with a dipped back hem. Cut long enough to sit down in outdoors.
â Dipped back hem:
The back drops lower than the front, so you stay covered sitting on a cold bench or a bike saddle.
â Sherpa-lined hood:
Pile lining through the hood, which is where most of the heat leaves on a cold morning.
â Drawstring waist:
An adjustable cord that shapes the waist and stops wind funnelling up inside the coat.
â Zip pockets with contrast trim:
Two secure zipped hand pockets with a tonal trim that picks out the hood lining.
Over jeans and lace-up boots, or over leggings with a long knit.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat away from direct heat.
Relaxed, cut to layer over a knit.
