How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The basic you will buy in three colors.
A loose crew-neck sweater in a fine ribbed knit, cut straight through the body with a dropped shoulder. There is nothing going on and that is the entire appeal.
â Fine rib knit:
A close vertical rib that gives the surface structure and keeps a plain sweater from looking flat.
â Loose straight body:
Falls straight from the shoulder with no waist shaping, so it skims rather than follows the body.
â Dropped shoulder:
The seam sits down the arm, which softens the line across the back and shoulder.
â Ribbed neck, cuffs and hem:
Firmer ribbing at every opening holds the shape after repeated washing.
With straight jeans and sneakers, or half-tucked into a midi skirt.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and dry flat.
