How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A knee-length quilted puffer with a plain lined hood and a two-way front zip. Light for its warmth, so you can fold it into a bag rather than carry it over your arm all evening.
â Knee-length cut:
Long enough to cover the knee when you sit down, which is the whole argument for a long puffer over a short one.
â Two-way front zip:
Open it from the hem to sit down or walk up stairs without the coat pulling across the thigh.
â Lightweight fill:
High loft against low weight, so the warmth does not come with a shoulder ache by the end of the day.
â Plain lined hood:
No fur, no trim, cut close so it sits flat under a bag strap or a car headrest.
Over jeans and sneakers, or over a midi dress with tall boots.
Machine wash cool on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low to redistribute the fill.
