How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A mid-cut lace-up hiking shoe on a deep multi-directional lug outsole, with a padded collar and a reinforced toe. Built for wet trails and loose ground rather than for a gym floor.
â Multi-directional lug outsole:
Deep lugs angled in more than one direction, which is what holds on a descent as well as a climb.
â Full lace-up closure:
Runs high over the instep so you can lock the heel down and stop the foot sliding forward downhill.
â Padded ankle collar:
A cushioned rim around the mid-cut opening that stops the shaft rubbing over a hiking sock.
â Reinforced toe cap:
A hard overlay across the toe that takes the impact of rocks and roots instead of your foot.
