How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

Real height you can stand in for a whole reception.
An open-toe wedge sandal on a stacked cork-look platform, with twin buckled straps across the vamp and a covered heel that folds into a soft cuff at the back. The wedge carries your weight along the whole foot instead of balancing it on a point, which is why the height stops being a problem after an hour.
â Stacked wedge platform:
The sole runs unbroken from toe to heel, so the lift is spread across the arch rather than driven into the ball of the foot the way a stiletto does.
â Twin buckled straps:
Two adjustable straps across the vamp and ankle, so you set the fit yourself instead of accepting whatever width the shoe was cut to.
â Covered back with a folded cuff:
The heel is enclosed and finished with a soft turned-down cuff, which holds the foot in place and stops the slipping an open-back wedge lives with.
â Open toe:
Cut away at the front so the shoe breathes, and so a pedicure gets to do some work.
Under a floral maxi at a summer wedding, or with wide-leg linen trousers for a garden lunch.
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and let them air dry fully before storing.
