How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A loafer with enough heel to count as a shoe you dressed up in.
A closed square-toe loafer in a croc-embossed finish, with a flat gold bar across the vamp and a mid block heel. The texture is the whole design, which is why it holds its own against tailoring without any additional hardware.
â Croc-embossed upper:
A deep pressed texture that catches light across the vamp and hides the everyday scuffs that flatten a plain leather-look shoe.
â Square toe:
A flat, cut-off toe line that reads modern next to a rounded loafer and keeps the shoe from looking dowdy under a trouser.
â Gold bar hardware:
A single polished bar across the vamp, the one bright detail, deliberately left as the only one.
â Mid block heel:
High enough to change your posture and broad enough to walk a station platform in.
With wide-leg tailored trousers and a blazer, or with a wrap midi dress for dinner.
Wipe clean with a soft dry cloth and store away from direct sunlight to protect the embossing.
