How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A wider gusset, front to back.
A high-waisted period brief with a triple-layer absorbent gusset that runs noticeably wider and further back than a standard panel, in a soft stretch knit with a cotton lining.
â Triple-layer gusset:
A wicking layer, an absorbent core and a barrier layer, extended front to back for overnight wear.
â Antimicrobial treated knit:
The face fabric is treated to hold odour down over a full day of wear.
â High waist that stays flat:
The front rises above the navel on a soft band, so it smooths rather than digs and does not roll when you sit.
â Cotton-lined next to skin:
The layer against the skin is cotton, kept soft through repeated washing.
Overnight, or through the day in place of a pad.
Rinse cold, then machine wash cool and hang to dry. No fabric softener or bleach.
