How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A panel folds down over the front of the foot.
A knee high boot in suede, with a shaft that gathers down the leg and a panel that folds over the vamp. A narrow strap crosses the top of the shaft and holds with a turn lock. The toe tapers to a point and the heel is a low squared block.

A suede panel folds down over the front of the foot and sits above the toe.
â Slouched knee high shaft:
The shaft gathers in soft folds down the leg and stands at the knee.
â Side zip closure:
A zip runs up the inner side of the shaft for getting in.

The toe tapers to a point over a low squared heel.
