How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The laces run across the side, not the front.
An ankle boot that laces at the outer side through two stitched tabs instead of over the instep. A pull tab sits at the back of the heel and heavy stitching outlines the panels. The shaft stops just above the ankle bone on a low flat sole.
â Side lacing:
A cord threads through two tabs on the outer side and ties there.
â Heel pull tab:
A loop at the back of the heel gives something to pull on.
â Contrast stitching:
Heavy stitching outlines the toe, the side panels and the sole edge.
â Low flat sole:
The sole runs low all the way through with a slight lift under the heel.
With cropped jeans that show the ankle.
Store away from direct heat.
