How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

The cuff folds back on itself, so the ears get two layers.
A beanie knitted in a fine vertical rib from the crown down, with a deep band at the edge that folds back on itself. Folded, it sits as a double layer over the ears; unfolded, the hat wears longer and slouches at the back. There is no logo, no pompom and no seam across the front.

A deep band turned back on itself, leaving two layers of rib over the ears.

A close rib running the full height, which lets the hat stretch to the head.

No badge, no pompom and no front seam, just the knit.
