We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

An oversized turtleneck cut long through the body, with side slits and a hem that drops lower at the back. The extra length is what makes it work over leggings without needing a longline coat to finish the look.
â Longline body:
Falls past the hip with a stepped hem, so it covers properly rather than riding up over the seat.
â Side slits:
Open seams at the hip let the knit move with you and stop the longer body from reading as boxy.
â Ribbed turtleneck:
A fold-over collar that stands up on its own and keeps the draft out at the neck.
â Soft brushed knit:
A fine, brushed yarn that gives warmth without the weight of a chunky cable.
Over leggings with ankle boots, or tucked at the front into straight-leg jeans.
Hand wash cool, reshape while damp and dry flat away from direct heat.
