How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

An oversized scarf woven in a large check, brushed on the face so the surface lifts into a soft nap that blurs the edges of the squares. The length is generous: it wraps twice around the neck and still hangs, or opens out across the shoulders as a shawl.

The surface is raised into a soft nap, so the weave reads hazy rather than sharp.
