How long will my order take?
We pack and check every order by hand, which takes 1 to 3 business days, and delivery adds another 6 to 10. Most orders land within 7 to 13 business days.
Do I pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is free on every order, tracked the whole way to your door.
And if it isn't right?
You have 30 days. Send it back unworn with the tags still on and we refund you. Return postage is yours, unless it arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, and then it is on us.
Which size should I take?
Our pieces come up a touch small, so take one size up from your usual (half to a full size up for shoes). The size chart on this page has the exact measurements.

A hooded waterproof jacket with a banded retro stripe running across the chest and upper sleeve, on a padded shell with a two-way zip. The stripe is the reason you will actually take it out of the cupboard.
â Banded chest stripe:
Four contrast bands running the full width of the chest and around the sleeve, set high enough to read as a design line rather than as a panel seam.
â Waterproof shell:
A coated outer that beads rather than soaks, so an unexpected downpour does not end the day.
â Lined hood:
Cut deep enough to stay up in wind and lined so it does not stick to your hair when wet.
â Zipped hand pockets:
Two secure pockets set into the seams, closed with zips rather than left open to fill with rain.
Over jeans and boots on a wet day, or over a knit dress with thick tights.
Wipe clean or machine wash cool. Do not tumble dry, which flattens the coating.
Relaxed, cut to layer over a knit.
